Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect your email address when you sign up, your business profile information (company name, what you sell, case studies, etc.), and the prospect information you enter to generate emails. We do not sell your data to third parties.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to provide the ReplyHook service — generating personalised emails, tracking usage limits, and processing payments. We use Supabase for data storage and Stripe for payments.

Data retention

Your generated emails and business profile are stored to provide the service. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Profile page. If you would like a copy of your data before deletion, contact us at hello@arlogibbins.co and we will provide it.

Your rights

• Access: To request a copy of all data we hold about you, email hello@arlogibbins.co.
• Export: To request an export of your data, email hello@arlogibbins.co. We will provide it within 30 days.
• Deletion: Permanently delete your account and all data from your Profile page. If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled automatically.
• Rectification: Update your business profile at any time from the Discovery tab on your Dashboard.
